Blue Aura is currently in its early launch phase.

Orders are expected to be processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, fulfilment method and destination.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and checked, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
